I was not familiar with this parlor. But encouraged by its website and by its location I decided to visit for a review. It’s located in a familiar area in the Sukhumvit 24/1 street. A popular area totally packed with parlors. 
Probably I visited the place too early, just after lunch. so I might not have been lucky, because the selection of girls was poor, but not dismal either.

Allstars BKK review
I went to Allstars hoping to meet one of the skinny girls advertised on their website, but apparently, they get up after 4 :). So I picked a masseuse who claimed to be 27 and was actually quite pretty.
First I went to bathe and then she entered. He asked me if I wanted a massage first and, of course, I said yes. The massage itself was dry, but I think it was rather good, but not one of the best either. 
No kisses were offered (or asked), and the bj was not barebacked, not sure if bbbj is even offered in this establishment, but it was kind of a bummer. Anyhow she made up with decent skill. So by the time, we moved to the next step I didn’t even mind.
On the next part and to my surprise, she was rather tight and tried many positions which were all good. The room has mirrors which can help.
Not to my surprise, CIM was not offered and neither GFE. Everything was so hygienical but I cannot say it was bad, just more mechanic than expected.
VERDICT
My overall feeling was positive, and I left satisfied. The number of cuties this relatively unknown parlor supposedly has will make me visit in the future. They offer some quite young masseuses too, even this visit I didn’t saw many of them.
